Philippe Delvigne, is the Founder and director of the Institut Superiur De Design, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Valenciennes, from 1987 to present. Born in Brussels, Philippe is, Ph.D. in Business Administration, MFA Industrial Design, MSc Ergonomics and M.S. in Design Management.
Earlier he started a SME for manufacturing and distributing weaving looms in Brussels, owner and design Consultant for Poly-Tech, Assistant manager in the industrial design department, marketing unit for home appliances of Thomson Group, Design manager: responsible for setting up the Design and Ergonomics division at Thomson Group (washing machines and tumble dryers), Founder and technical director of Action Design, regional association for the promotion of industrial design.
He has expertise in pedagogical development, scientific and vocational-based conferences, expertise and project management, scientific and promotional action, publishing and communication.
