The workshop will discuss the connection between (design) strategy and product design.A model will be presented which defines different stages between strategy and briefing and the information needed to make decisions at each stage. Different tools will be explored to clarify the situation in each stage. Step by step the workshop will connect abstract targets in strategy to project definitions that could be implemented.
Examples of projects using the model and associated tools will be discussed. It will be an interactive session in which the participants will be able to relate the information to their own projects. This way the participants will learn to use the model and the different tools themselves. Topics
