Mandar has a background in Engineering and a Masters degree in Industrial Design. Over the past two years with Elephant he has worked in diverse areas like design research, point of sale design and product design. He supports an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach and sees design as an enabler for change.
His interests lie in the fields of design process, design research and conceptual design.
He is equally concerned about the environment and hopes to create a framework which enables people to be environmentally aware without having to sacrifice their desire for beauty.
