Chandrashekhar (Shekhar to his colleagues) is one of the founders of Lokus Design, India's Leading Design Consulting Company. As a Director Strategy & Marketing, he is responsible for Lokusdesign' s Fast-growing Operations, Consulting Business, Key Account and Reputation Management.
Shekhar brings more than 10 years of experience consisting of Strategic Design, Brand Management, Business Performance Services and System Design Innovation. He has provided Innovative Solutions in highly competitive industries & has vast experience of Managing Strategic & Systems Design assignments for a wide spectrum of Businesses and Industries.

Shekhar has co-won Opus Design Award '00. International Eye Wear Design competition, Patrick De' Hass Committee's special prize for Iris fashion eye wear for the blind. He has written numerous papers and has been invited speaker at variety conferences in areas of Business Design, Strategic Innovation, SME Growth & Sustainability and Design Management.
Shekhar is a Post Graduate from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and holds PG Diploma in Production Management. He also holds Post Diploma in Plastic Mould Design from CIPET and Diploma in Tool Design from MIT. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Strategic Design from IIT, Bombay
